Overview

The Stainless Steel N2 Heater is designed for high purity wafer drying and parts cleaning applications, compatible with nitrogen, CDA (Clean Dry Air), or other high purity inert gases. Featuring an electropolished 316L stainless steel housing with passivated wetted surfaces, it ensures compatibility with most process fluids. The compact design minimizes footprint while offering a replaceable heater element, available in models ranging from 375 watts to 3,000 watts.

Reduce Particle Entrapment

The patented heating module incorporates a tri-clamp sanitary fitting that eliminates threads, significantly reducing particle entrapment and potential bacterial growth areas. This superior design contrasts with conventional stainless steel heaters that use screw plugs, threads, and bulky flanges that can trap contaminants.
