Product Description
1. PTFE heat exchanger uses cluster tube structure for excellent heat dissipation, typically employing capillary tubes (4.5-8mm outer diameter) with tube counts ranging from dozens to hundreds based on required heat exchange area.
2. Frame materials include PP, PVC, PVDF, with optional PTFE, PFA, and FEP grades for different environmental requirements.
3. Material specifications: PP/PVDF for hot water/ice water/steam heating (≤70°C), PVDF for steam heating (≤150°C).
4. Features Teflon thin-wall capillary structure with superior thermal conductivity, pressure resistance, stability, and longevity for highly corrosive liquid heat exchange.
5. Includes capillary tubes - requires inlet pipe decompression and filter to prevent blockage.
