Product Description
  • PTFE heat exchanger uses cluster tube structure for excellent heat dissipation, typically using capillary tubes as heat exchange tubes with outer diameters of 4.5-8mm. The number of tubes ranges from dozens to hundreds depending on required heat exchange area.
  • Frame materials are selected based on environment: PP, PVC, or PVDF material. Three grades of PTFE, PFA and FEP are available.
  • PP and PVDF materials are suitable for circulation medium of hot water, ice water or steam heating temperature within 70°C. PVDF is suitable for steam as heating medium not exceeding 150°C liquid.
  • The heat exchanger features Teflon thin-wall capillary structure with good thermal conductivity, pressure resistance, stable operation, anti-aging properties and long service life, suitable for highly corrosive liquid heat exchange.
  • Capillary tube design requires decompression and filter configuration at inlet pipe to prevent blockage and ensure optimal performance.
