PTFE is the only viable option for a heat exchanger assembly. With proper fabrication and the right materials, it offers an effective, durable, and versatile solution for all industries requiring heat exchangers.
We manufacture fluoroplastic heat exchangers using materials such as PTFE, FEP, and PFA. These materials provide complete resistance against corrosive liquids and excellent non-stick properties, preventing pollution buildup and reducing fouling and scaling. Fluoroplastics contain no softeners or plasticizers, making them ideal for ultra-high-purity (UHP) applications in the semiconductor industry.
All our fluoroplastic heat exchanger units feature a proven honeycomb structure. The tubes are integrated into the pipe sheet, creating a lightweight, compact bundle design that ensures leak-free flow of process liquids. Teflon heat exchangers are virtually maintenance-free and offer exceptional longevity.
Our shell and tube heat exchangers are single-pass, countercurrent flow units designed for heating, cooling, and condensing applications. They incorporate flexible fluoropolymer tube bundles with integral honeycomb tube sheets, available with FEP or Q-Series tubing and PTFE-lined heads.
Standard shell construction is carbon steel (other materials available upon request). All heat exchangers are ASME coded with nozzles according to ANSI or DIN standards. For enhanced heat transfer performance, units can be equipped with PFA/Graphite tubes (Q-series).
Ideal for heating or cooling most aqueous acid and alkaline solutions. Consult our solution guide or chemical supplier for proper sheath material selection.
Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils use ½-inch (13mm) tubing while smaller coils feature ¼-inch (7mm) tubing.
Designed for Ultra-High-Purity processes, we deliver clean-room assembled, reliable heating solutions tailored to specific requirements.
