We manufacture fluoroplastic heat exchangers using materials like PTFE, FEP, and PFA. These materials offer complete resistance to corrosive liquids and excellent non-stick properties, preventing pollution buildup and reducing fouling and scaling. Fluoroplastics are pure, containing no softeners or plasticizers, making them ideal for ultra-high-pure (UHP) applications in the semiconductor industry.
All our fluoroplastic heat exchanger units feature a unique honeycomb structure. The tubes are integrated into the pipe sheet, creating a lightweight, compact bundle design that ensures leak-free process liquid flow. Teflon heat exchangers are virtually maintenance-free and have an exceptionally long lifespan.
Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
Our shell and tube heat exchangers are single-pass, countercurrent flow units designed for heating, cooling, and condensing applications. They feature flexible fluoropolymer tube bundles forming integral honeycomb tube sheets, available with FEP or Q-Series tubing and PTFE-lined heads. Standard shells are carbon steel (other materials available upon request). These ASME-coded units come with ANSI or DIN nozzles. For enhanced heat transfer, PFA/Graphite tubes (Q-series) can be installed.
Coil
Our coils are extensively used in metal finishing and chemical processing industries, particularly for batch and continuous steel pickling applications. The non-stick properties of Teflon® resist corrosion and fouling, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.
Tube Bundle
Tube bundle heat exchangers heat and cool corrosive fluids across various processes. The fluoropolymer's non-stick characteristics minimize corrosion and fouling. Reactor Coils are designed for direct immersion into process vessels and perform best with solution agitation. The flexing action during agitation helps reduce fouling and dislodges deposits, making these coils ideal for crystallizer applications.
Minicoils
Our fully fluoroplastic minicoil heat exchangers are perfect for small pickling baths. Their high electrical resistance prevents short circuits and stray currents in plating baths.
