Immersion Coils PTFE Heat Exchanger For Ultra-Pure Manufacturing Processes
PVDF/PFA heat exchangers provide versatile solutions for heating, cooling, and temperature control of fluids in ultra-pure manufacturing environments. These units are specifically designed for handling deionized water, solvents, Piranha/SC1 solutions, and other critical process fluids.
Available as standalone heat exchangers or integrated heating/cooling systems, these units offer power ratings from 2-5 kW with voltage options of 200-480 VAC (1-phase). Operating temperatures reach 95°C (203°F) for the shell and 180°C (356°F) for the tubes.
