Our PVDF/PFA heat exchangers provide versatile solutions for heating, cooling, and precise temperature control of fluids in ultra-pure manufacturing processes. These units are particularly effective for handling deionized water, solvents, and aggressive chemical solutions like Piranha/SC1.
All models feature the efficient, patented USK heating coil design and are available as standalone units or integrated systems. Available in power ratings from 2-5 kW with voltage options from 200-480 VAC (1-phase). Operational temperatures reach 95°C (203°F) for the shell and 180°C (356°F) for the tubes.
Compact Process Purity Design
Constructed with high-purity materials including polypropylene, PVDF, PTFE, or PP for the frame, with all-PFA tube bundles to ensure maximum chemical compatibility. The compact design maximizes heat transfer surface area within minimal footprint requirements.
