Product Description
Corrosion-Resistant High Temperature Resistance PTFE Wet Process Tanks
Our corrosion-resistant PTFE wet process tanks are available in a comprehensive range of dimensions and volumes to meet diverse industrial requirements. In addition to standard configurations, we can produce custom tanks with specific sizes, wall thicknesses, and flange designs per customer specifications.
All tanks feature seamlessly integrated supply and drain ports that can be positioned and designed according to application needs. Standard wall and floor thicknesses range from 10 to 12 mm for both rectangular and circular tanks, with flange dimensions of 20 mm width (including tank wall) and 15 mm height.
Available in either standard PTFE or modified PTFE materials to suit various chemical processing environments.

What's the Difference Between Teflon™ and PTFE
Teflon™ is a brand name for PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), owned by DuPont and its subsidiaries. The relationship is similar to brand-name versus generic medications - the chemical composition is identical, but Teflon™ carries the brand recognition and quality assurance of its manufacturer.
What is PFA Tubing?
PFA tubing offers exceptional rigidity, capable of replacing stainless steel in many applications. While more expensive, its benefits include:
  • Superior resistance to high temperatures and pressures
  • Excellent chemical resistance, even with prolonged exposure
  • Flexibility and crack resistance ideal for moving machinery parts
  • Clear material allows for easy process monitoring
  • Operates effectively in temperatures up to 260°C
These characteristics make PFA tubing the preferred choice for demanding industrial applications where reliability and longevity are critical.
