Overview
Steel-lined plastic electrolytic cells are widely used in industrial pickling industries such as metallurgy and electroplating:
  • Used for pickling the surface of titanium-nickel alloy, stainless steel and other copper and aluminum metals to remove oil and rust
  • Promotes the removal of stubborn oxide scale on the metal surface
Our process and rinse tanks are constructed from a single sheet of application-specific plastic material that is CNC machined and folded using the "ORIGAMI" method. This innovative approach minimizes welding, providing smooth, seamless, rounded interior corners that eliminate particle traps and leakage risks associated with traditional welded tanks.
The "ORIGAMI" design combined with over 40 years of wet process experience delivers optimal process and rinse results at the lowest possible cost.
