7 x 7 In 3KW 240VAC 1 Phase PFA Industrial Immersion Heaters For Quartz Tanks
PFA immersion tank heaters are designed for heating fluids in tanks, especially corrosive chemicals or ultrapure water, where the chemical resistance of PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) is essential. These heaters have PFA-coated or PFA-made wetted surfaces, making them compatible with a wide range of chemicals. They are often used in industries like semiconductor, solar, and MEMs where high purity and chemical resistance are crucial.

Anodizing
Anodizing is an electrochemical process of converting a metal surface into an oxide layer. Mainly aluminum is used for anodizing, although other nonferrous metals, such as titanium and magnesium, can also be anodized. The metal part is connected as the anode and immersed into an acid electrolyte bath, where an electric current is applied to grow the oxide layer from the piece. The resulting surface finish will provide functional properties as corrosion-resistance and durability, as well as decorative properties.
