This heavy-duty PTFE lined tank is engineered for harsh chemical environments in electroplating, hard chrome plating and semiconductor wet processing. It adopts a dual-layer construction: the outer shell is 5 mm thick stainless steel, which provides outstanding mechanical strength, rigidity and impact resistance to keep the tank stable under long-term workshop operation. The inner lining is 5 mm virgin PTFE, offering excellent corrosion resistance against strong acids, chromic acid and alkaline solutions, together with reliable high-temperature tolerance.
The PTFE lined tank is pre-designed for easy integration with a full set of process accessories. It supports installation of immersion heaters, anode plates, level sensors, temperature sensors and copper conductive busbars, to build a complete manual or automatic plating bath system. All reserved mounting positions are customized to fit these components, saving your time for on-site modification.
Thanks to the inert property of PTFE lining, it will not react with the process fluid, prevent metal ion contamination and extend the service life of the tank. The seamless lining structure reduces the risk of liquid penetration and leakage. The stainless steel outer shell protects the PTFE liner from external scratch and mechanical damage.
It is widely used for chrome plating, pickling, chemical etching and other wet chemical processes. We can customize the tank dimension, opening layout and fitting positions according to your workpiece size and process requirements.
