Our White Polypropylene (PP) Wet Process Tanks are high-purity, corrosion-resistant process vessels professionally designed for semiconductor wet manufacturing, precision PCB production, and industrial acid pickling & surface treatment processes. Manufactured from virgin food-grade and semiconductor-grade white PP material, these tanks feature ultra-low impurity precipitation, excellent chemical stability, and zero contamination risk, fully meeting the strict cleanliness requirements of high-end wet process workshops.
Different from ordinary plastic tanks, our white PP tanks deliver outstanding resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkaline etching solutions, and various wet process chemicals. Stable working temperature allows long-term continuous operation under high-precision chemical processing environments, effectively avoiding oxidation, peeling, or chemical reaction that may pollute the liquid medicine.
Adopting advanced hot plate seamless fusion welding technology, the whole tank body is integrally formed with uniform wall thickness, high structural strength, no leakage, and no dead corners. The smooth inner surface is easy to clean and maintain, ensuring consistent bath purity throughout mass production — a core advantage for semiconductor wafer cleaning, etching, rinsing, and precision metal pickling lines.
All PP wet process tanks are fully customizable in size, thickness, structure, and accessories. Optional configurations include overflow channels, drainage valves, support brackets, safety guards, and mounting frames. The tanks can perfectly match and install with PTFE / PFA inline heaters and immersion heaters to form a complete constant-temperature wet processing system.
