PP Plating Tank
Our PP plating tank is fabricated from premium polypropylene (PP) sheets, a core vessel widely adopted for electroplating, anodizing, pickling and wet chemical treatment processes in semiconductor, PCB and metal finishing industries.
PP features outstanding resistance to most acids, alkalis and plating electrolytes. It stays stable under continuous working temperature up to around 80℃, resisting corrosion from sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkaline etchant and various plating bath solutions.
We adopt advanced hot-plate welding technology for seamless jointing, with reinforced structural design to prevent deformation and liquid leakage. Custom dimensions, internal baffles, overflow channels and mounting brackets are available to match your production line layout. It can be fitted with immersion heaters, temperature sensors, cathode/anode holders and exhaust hoods as required.
Lightweight, non-toxic, low moisture absorption and easy to clean, the PP plating tank delivers stable bath purity, which is critical for consistent plating quality, especially for high-precision semiconductor and electronic component processing. All units are fully customizable to meet your unique process requirements.
