18KW 380V Three Phase PTFE Inline Chemical Heater for NaOH Heating

1.Product Name:In-line PTFE Heater
The ultra-pure in-line PTFE heater is mainly composed of PTFE and heating wires externally coated
with PFA. Manufactured with premium-grade fluoropolymer materials, these heaters support customized
design. All fluid-contact parts are made of non-metallic materials. No harmful contaminant particles or
metal ions will be generated during operation, ensuring ultra-high purity and high reliability for users.
2.Scope of Application
Ideal for industrial fluid heating applications, including semiconductor, solar energy, MEMS
manufacturing and other industries requiring the most stringent purity standards. Suitable for deionized
water and low-corrosive chemical liquids.
3.Features
• Smooth PTFE fluid channel
• Zero risk of metal ion contamination
• Zero risk of harmful particle contamination
• Easy integration into existing systems
• Wide voltage range
• High efficiency and energy saving

Overview

PFA/PTFE in-line heater are desinged for hydrofluoric acid (HF), potassium hydroxide (KOH), and other chemistry compatible with PFA.

These PFA heaters push widely accepted high-purity materials to operating extremes while maximizing performance and reliability.

We has once again taken heating of high-purity liquids to a new level of performance and reliability.

We has once again taken heating of high purity liquids to a new level of performance and reliability. Heating liquids using high purity materials in a harsh environment requires special skills and knowledge that can only be gained from experience. For over 40 years, Our Engineers have been refining and improving the heated quartz bath and understand the critical needs of the Semiconductor and related industries. The sum of that knowledge has been incorporated into the PFA in-line heater to create products that not only perform, but simplify installation and maintenance as well. Exemplified by our long-standing ISO 9001 registration, our dedication to manufacturing process control assures that our customers receive uniformly high-quality products in a timely manner. We offers a wide range of standard and custom models to allow for easy integration into almost any application.

Yingxi offers a variety of patented and uniquely-engineered ultra-pure precision heaters for heating various chemical and plating solutions, gases, solvents and deionized water.

Our award-winning engineers design and manufacture components from PFA, applied to patented PFA heating technology, that achieves a small mass with a large surface area, providing a faster heater response and a longer life at elevated temperatures. Our extremely flexible high-output heating coils are capable of being fashioned into an almost endless variety of shapes and sizes. The resulting heaters outlast competing products of lesser capability and are designed into a wide range of standard and customized products.

FAQ

Are in-line water heaters worth it?

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, homes that use 41 gallons or less of hot water daily can see energy savings of 24% to 34% with a tankless water heater compared to a standard water heater. Even homes that use more hot water (around 86 gallons per day) can still save about 8% to 14% on energy costs.

How does an inline heater work?

Inline heaters make use of heating elements that are covered with a special type of vessel chamber that has anti-corrosion properties. This type of heating is indirect. The fluid is circulated through a closed loop around the heating element until it reaches the correct temperature.

Chemical Heater Selection Guide

In today’s world, we constantly depend on electronics such as computers, smartphones, automobiles, medical equipment, and much more. We rely on technologies that utilize key components made by state-of-the-art facilities, better known as “fabs” in the semiconductor industry. Semiconductor fab manufacturing processes use up to 430 different chemicals to manufacture a wafer; 65% are liquids, and 33% are gas phases

Depending on the application and process, those chemistries must be heated up to 100ºC / 212ºF. The Trebor® Inline Chemical Heater[2] is unlike any other heating technology on the market. It utilizes thin film on quartz electric resistive technology with a virgin PFA tube to create an ultra-pure fluid path. Quartz products exhibit excellent chemical resistance to most acid, alkaline, and neutral materials (exceptions being hydrofluoric acid and KOH).

You can use single-pass or recirculation heating when sizing the Inline Chemical Heater. We recommend adding a 20% buffer to the power requirement you’ll find from the calculation as a safety control factor.
