220V 4KW 789mm Stainless Steel 316 Immersion Heater for plating line

Electric Immersion Heaters are ideal for direct heating of nearly all process liquids and corresponding applications. Excellent chemical resistance is ensured by various immersion tube materials and variable fitting options to meet individual heating installation requirements.

Constructed on a modular basis, our immersion heaters consist of:

• A durable tube
• A long-life heating cartridge
• A terminal casing
• The lead

We offer optimal materials for every application. The heated length (minimum immersion depth) is marked by a ring at approximately two-thirds of the tube length. The tube remains unheated above this mark, and the heated portion must always remain covered with liquid, even during high liquid level fluctuations.

Our heating cartridges feature ceramic groove bodies with high electrical insulation values and excellent mechanical strength. A high-temperature resistance heating wire is fitted as a coil to optimize heat radiation from tube to liquid. Available in rated power voltages up to 500 volts for single, two, and three-phase connections.
