Overview
Our process and rinse tanks are constructed from a single sheet of application-specific plastic material that is CNC machined and folded using the "ORIGAMI" method. This innovative approach minimizes welding, providing smooth, seamless, rounded interior corners while eliminating particle traps and potential leaks caused by thermal cycling or chemical exposure.
Combining the ORIGAMI design with over 40 years of wet process experience delivers optimal performance at the lowest possible cost. PTFE tanks are available in standard or custom configurations for all substrate and cassette sizes.
